As a bit of a sceptic all things spiritual, I did an online Reiki session with Jasmin, I can only say that, I don’t know how it works but it does !
I went into the session extremely stressed from the day to day grind of lockdown, and came out full of warmth, peace and lightness with the added roadmap of a way forward.
Suffice to say I’ll be back for more.

I started coming to see Jasmin with back, hip and glute problems as well as an anxiety disorder and a whole lot of trapped energy. I find Yin yoga with Jas very helpful to help me manage my disorder. It helps take the edge off my day to day. My body aches and pains have improved and I find myself having a much needed mental break. The feeling after a yin class with Jas is great. Highly recommend.

I AM blessed to have Jasmin join me in my Yoga + Reiki teachings. Why was I blessed? I was feeling very tight in my solar plexus and overall emotionally drained due to a recent separation with my ex-husband and a friend recommended that I try reiki to release the emotion that was caught up in my body.
Upon arrival at Jasmine practice she asked me to select a tarot card to help her tune into what was needed, I was pretty skeptical however when I pulled a card that represented the solar plexus, I immediately knew that I was in the right place. Jasmine started the healing process by selecting a stone to place on my solar plexus chakra and began the healing session. I immediately drifted in and out of a dreamlike state, losing track of time and feeling relaxed throughout. After the session I felt the tension that I had in my solar plexus had been released, the emotions that were bottled up inside were flushed out and I felt at peace.
